Good value for sightseeing

Location is amazing for sightseeing. Bed was comfy.

The window was super small, and noise from a festival outside as well as from other rooms was reaching the room quite strongly.

The location is great. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

No countertop space and towel bar/rail in the bathroom. No on-site parking. Limited parking space available: 2 spots right next to the hotel, 1 spot about 4~5 minute's walk from hotel.

The room is nice and big. Hotel also prepare the necessary baby crib and tub. Walking distance to chihkan tower and hayashi.

overall a nice experience!

The staff were friendly and helpful. I made three requests, and they responded quickly. Very nice.

Not as clean as I thought before staying. Pillow had little smell, and some mold at the tip of the tap.

Wonderful

Good location, not far from the station of attractions but you do need to walk. Rooms were very spacious and there's a dining area below if you don't feel like eating out then grab some takeaway and eat there.

We had breakfast included but it's not at the hotel but next door at the cafe. The food was decent enough and they do make things fresh but we wanted to take away the breakfast and that meant we were waiting 45 mins for our meal! Not great when you have a train to catch.

Good hotel for a short stay.

Quiet eventhough walls are thin like in every hotel of this range. Large room with good open view. Japanese toilets. Location with many places to eat.

Definitely needs an extra tablet near the sink in the bathroom! Real toilet paper would be better than tissue in a box! A slight smell of moist from bathroom drains.

Comfy, quiet and well equipped room.

Very big room perfectly clean and equipped 10 minutes walking from train station. Old city center is right behind the hotel and Chihkan Tower bus stop is just around the corner. Despite the busy surroundings, my room was very quiet and comfy. Very good value for money.

overall good place to stay, Cost performance is acceptable.

1) Oolong tea bags at the lobby was good. 2) Washing machine at the basement is helpful to travellers who stayed more than 1 nite.

1) Good to have washing machine at basement, however the basement environment is scary to a lady... empty with dim lights and more like a storage area.

Bathroom an shower were fine.

Frosted locked window made.the room feel like a cell...would've liked more comfort and better lighting. Hallway carpeting was very unclean.
